Adult Mental Health<\/span><\/h4> \"\"

\ufeff<\/span><\/span>Our Clinics offer a wide array of mental health <\/span>services for adults ages 18 and up, as well as supports for the <\/span>families. With proper treatment, those with mental illness can <\/span>return to leading more fulfilled lives. The sooner a person gets<\/span>

Children\u2019s Mental Health<\/span><\/h4>\"\"

The youth and family programs provide a full array of outpatient mental health services for eligible children and adolescents ages 3-17. Services are coordinated with the child\u2019s family to develop supports that facilitate success for the child.<\/span><\/p> Read more<\/a><\/div>

Crisis Services<\/span><\/h4>\"\"

Camino Real offers mental health crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the phone and in the community. During an emotional crisis individuals may call the crisis hotline ator walk into a local mental health clinic. Services are designed to help individuals through the crisis and are available regardless of an individual\u2019s ability to pay.<\/span><\/p> Read More<\/a><\/div>

Substance Use Services<\/span><\/h4>\"\"

Camino Real Community Services offers Substance Use Disorder services to anyone age 13 and older. Co-Occurring Psychiatric and Substance Use Disorder (COPS-D) services are provided to individuals that have a dual diagnosis of mental health and substance use. Intensive Outpatient Services are provided when the recurrent use of alcohol and\/or drugs causes clinically significant impairment.<\/span><\/p> Read More<\/a><\/div>

PASRR MH<\/font><\/h4>\"\"

Pre-admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) is a federally mandated program that requires all states to pre-screen all individuals seeking admission to a Medicaid certified nursing facility. Many people with mental illness and\/or intellectual and developmental disabilities can safely live in a community setting while receiving the support services they need. Preadmission Screening and Resident Review is a process that helps ensure people who need these supports are only placed in a nursing facility when appropriate.<\/span><\/p> Read More<\/a><\/div>

Integrated Health<\/font><\/h4>\"\"

Because individuals with severe and persistent mental illness are at a higher risk of developing comorbid health conditions, CRCS is committed to treating the whole health of those enrolled in our services. <\/span>By connecting a Primary Care Physician with a Behavioral Health Provider, CRCS works together to provide a team of whole health professionals, who coincide with your emotional, behavioral, and physical health & wellness.<\/span><\/p> Read More<\/a><\/div>

\ufeffA program that is employing Veterans who have been empowered through training to provide mentorship to their peers. They promote access to services, create and identify resources for transportation, housing, and linkages to traditional Veterans services. YES Waiver Services<\/font><\/h4> \"\"

The YES (Youth Empowerment Services) Waiver is a 1915 (c) Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services Waiver that allows for more flexibility in the funding of intensive community-based services to assist children and adolescents with severe emotional disturbances to provide stabilization and live in the community with their families. Waiver services are provided in combination with services available through the Medicaid State Plan, other federal, state, and local programs the individual may qualify for, and the natural supports that families and communities provide.<\/span><\/p> Read More<\/a><\/div>

Mental Health First Aid<\/span><\/h4> \"\"<\/a>

\ufeffMental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This program originated in Australia in 2001 developed by Betty Kitchener, a psychiatric nurse, and Anthony Jorn, a researcher. In 2008 the curriculum and program expanded to the United States. In 2012, the Youth version of the program became available in the US as well. Zero Suicide is a quality improvement model that transforms system-wide suicide prevention and care to save lives.<\/span>
\nZero Suicide seeks to transform the way health systems care for people with suicidal thoughts and urges.<\/span>
\nZero Suicide is several things: an aspirational goal designed to catalyze transformational change, a suicide care model with specific practices for health systems to employ, and a movement seeking to make health care settings safer and more compassionate for people with suicidal thoughts and urges.
